Remove Magnolia Cache module dependency from REST client

      As stated in MGNLHOOK-25 and CLOUD-849, dependency to Magnolia Cache must be removed from REST client module:

         <artifactId>magnolia-cache-core</artifactId>
      </dependency>

      ```

      It should not be used if the REST client is brought to SaaS (build time? runtime?)
