As a developer, I want to work on and test YAML based Rest Clients in the Rest Tools app, so that I can ensure that they work correctly.

The Rest Tools app does not show the new configuration available for declarative RestClients such as: RestCalls, Authentication, preconfigured parameters. It should be updated to include these.

Reason:

It's hard to develop and test declartive RestClients - for example when using a broken one in a template via restfn, a developer just gets a stack trace and no information to help understand what is not working.

• Should work with "regular" YAML rest client definitions.
• Should work with OpenAPI-based rest client definitions (ie https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/MODULES/repos/rest-client/browse/magnolia-rest-client/src/test/resources/fooModule/restClients/openApi.yaml)
