In an app with a jsonDatasource with pagination declared:

Scroll down a few screens of records.
Click the name of a column such that the sorting arrow appears.

Result: list of items is empty, the black loading bar crosses the top of the UI and flashes forever.

Install the demo project light module in resources directory: https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/MODULES/repos/rest-client/browse/declarative-rest-demo
Open the Bitbucket (paging) app
Follow the above steps.
