      Adapt the current STKTemplatingFunctions in order to use the new API of DamManager.

      Add better comments to getAsset().

      In addition remove the constant definition AssetVariationProvider.VARIATION_ORIGINAL and replace it with
      ImagingSupport.VARIATION_ORIGINAL
