Context

While "migrating" / porting page objects using the Selenide API - one of the significant changes is/was:

The constructor doesn't need the webdriver anymore as a parameter.

While PageObjects still works perfect as a page object provider - in some cases it seems quicker or maybe more handy to directly instantiate a page object.

In consequence we should make the constructors for page objects public.
