This includes showing message details, which feature an action bar to react on a message. In the case of the 4-eye workflow, we'll have an "accept change" and "reject change" action there.
For the integration in Pulse:
- create a new "work item" message type
- show the work item message in the list of messages in Pulse
- fix the filters in Pulse: "work items" should only show items of your work item message types; "problems" should show warnings and errors; "info" should only show info messages
- use the blue info message banner to signal the user, if a new work item has arrived
- open the message details in Pulse, if a user clicks on a info message banner or the message in the messages list
- if a work item action in the message details has been executed
- close the message details pane and show the messages list again
- if the action was executed successfully, show a success confirmation indication on the messages list
- if the work item was canceled or deleted, show a cancel confirmation indication on the messages list
- we might want to ask the user, if he really wants to cancel/delete a work item, before actually doing so. I could live without that, however.
