Add a migration task for MultiSelect controls

In the mean time try to optimize the Controls migration.
In the Dialog migration task, register an equivalent map that link a control name with an ControlMigration implementation class.
Implement a specific ControlMigration task for all controls that have an equivalent field in 5.0
