For 5.0.2 we had to drop implementing the Map interface. In order to be as backward compatible as possible, we didn't remove obsolete methods then.
This should change now:

• all unwanted methods that had been required to implement the Map interface should go
• all default attributes (id, timestamp, ...) should be explicitly defined instead of being stored in the map
