When clicking at non expanded app group it can happen that it overlaps existing expanded groups.
In this situation it should overlap the existing icons (be in fromt of them). Currently they are rendered behind the existing expanded group, see print screen.
This should be changed, as the app icons are not properly readable and therefore not properly usable.

It was once implemented this way, at least it was planned. Should be added again.
