Step to reproduce:

• Send a message on Message App
• Open any browser app
• Close the message banner => footer's height is doubled
• A next interaction fixes the layout

Another symptom of the same problem:

1. Open the Groovy app.
2. Run a Groovy script that executes as a long-running task.
3. When the task completes you get a "Groovy script finished successfully" banner at the top but the app footer is pushed out of view. You cannot click buttons anymore.
