In tasks and notifications the following elements are currently a bit messy

• Tab labels
• Title names (big title above grid)
• Display of counts (in brackets)

This ticket is about cleaning up those elements so the user experiences both apps as consistent.

In General:

• The first tab always shows the app name plus "| New (5)"
• The app name doesn't switch to second tab (currently it does that in tasks)
• All tabs have counters in brackets
• If the counter goes up to 100 display (99+)
• Titles always start with the count and then followed by the name which is better readable than the bracket version
