Change count and tooltip for Tasks

      Based on real life project review (Swiss Re), following changes should be implemented:

      • Count: new tasks + tasks assigned to current user
      • Tooltip: show new & tasks assigned to current only, do not show failed or resolved tasks
      • Green dot: only if there are new ones (as implemented today)

        Acceptance criteria
