Currently the updated UI components do not bother much about supporting our translation bundles and generally shipping for other languages than English. We need to add such support.

Acceptance criteria:

• consider ui-framework-core module. Compile a list of classes/definitions that involve labels and other text that is a subject for translation.
• use standard tools we have to add i18n support (TranslationService, I18NIzer)
• if needed - consider additional features that would help providing translations to UI (helper annotations, IoC tricks with providers etc)
