In pages app and content apps - If only one row is selected in the browser, then clicking on that row should unselect it.

Currently its hard to unselect a single selected row, you intuitively try clicking on it, but nothing happens. You must hit the checkbox to unselect it.

Use case: I want nothing selected so that when I create a new item, it is created in the root.

Note: In definitions app, clicking on a row that is selected causes it to be unselected. It is the desired behaviour. (Maybe the difference is that rows do not have checkboxes?)

Note: If there are several selected rows, then clicking on one of them will just select that one. This is correct. So here we talk about the case where there is ONLY ONE selected row, and I click on it.

Timebox: 3, otherwise worth looking at w/ UI FW team.
