Timebox of 2 SP

Steps to reproduce

1. use contacts-v8.yaml as hotfix to allow actions on root
2. open contacts-v8 app (need to be removed from hidden in admincentral)
3. click on add contact action
4. close new contact detail without saving (or switch to browser tab)

Expected results

action bar contains actions allowed for root

Actual results

actionbar is empty

Workaround

right click on browser refresh action bar

Development notes

• nodetype check JcrNodeTypeRule is done even for root node but return false because rootnode JcrNodeWrapper nodetype is null
• it happens only before selecting any item in app, if you select and unselect item before add and close new contact, it seems that actionbar is not refreshed
