Steps to reproduce

 * Add the custom-ckeditor-config.js file (attached) into the Resource Files app into the ckeditor folder (if you add folder with this name you will see it show up)

• Update https://demoauthor.magnolia-cms.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:resources:browser;/tours/apps/tours.yaml:: like shown in the screenshot1 attached
    
• Then open the tours app and check out the body field. See expected result.
   
• Update https://demoauthor.magnolia-cms.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:resources:browser;/tours/apps/tours.yaml:: like shown in the screenshot2 attached (with ./resources/ servlet path) as described https://docs.magnolia-cms.com/product-docs/6.2/Templating/Dialog-definition/Field-definition/List-of-fields/Rich-text-field.html#_customization
   
• Refresh and open the tours app. See that many of the configured plugins are not showing up.
    

Expected results

Using the path shown in screenshot2, we should see all the plugins

Actual results

When we use the /.resources servlet path, the plugins do not show up. Should the path without /.resources work?
