As a user I want to quickly understand what I have selected and what actions are available

Actions labels & icons 

• Move the "Delete permanently" and "Restore Item" actions just below "Delete item" in the Action Bar
  • The label of the action is "Delete item(-s)" for the simple workflow and its icon is a trash
  • The label of the action is: "Mark for deletion" and its icon is a trash 
  • The label of the action is "Request Deletion" for the 4-eye workflow
• "Delete permanently" replaces the old "Publish deletion" and its icon is x 
• "Restore item" replaces "Restore the previous version" and icon to be a 'Restore arrow wheel'
