Steps to reproduce

1.  Go to demo, open the resources app and create a new file at /mtk2/includes named config-magnolia.js
2.  Copy the content of the attached config-magnolia.js within the file created at the previous step
3. Now edit the textImage.yaml dialog (/mtk2/dialogs/components/textImage.yaml) and at the text field (DamRichTextFieldDefinition) include just under the i18n:true property the following line:
   /mtk2/dialogs/components/textImage.yaml

   configJsFile: ./mtk2/includes/config-magnolia.js

4. Move to pages app and create a new basic page
5. Edit the page, and within the main area, create a TextImage component
6. Check that if you resize the textarea, it gets hidden and you cannot resize it again (check video)

Expected results

The resize icon is always visible at the bottom-right corner

Actual results

The resize icon gets hidden
