mgnl jumpstart

without using option for specifying the version

-m, --magnolia-version <version>

should jumpstart the latest stable version of the Magnolia bundle, without any tags like `snapshot` or `alpha`.

Objectives:

• Running jumpstart without the specific version jumpstarts the latest stable version.
• Introduce an option to specify the release tag, such as `alpha` or `beta`, during the jumpstart.
