• setup minimal spa project based on magnolia's documentation:

• use angular-minimal spa
• start magnolia and spa
• import example content
• open home page
• you should see two areas main and extras with example components
  

• disable extras area in basic template by setting enabled property to false

Expected result:

• main area to be editable and all components to be visible
• extras area not to be editable, components of the area to be hidden, area to be hidden

- enabled:

When set to false, the area is not rendered, regardless of whether it contains content such as components, auto-generated content or content rendered by a script. Content is retained in the repository and will render when the area is re-enabled. 

Actual result:

• main area is not editable (green bars are not shown)
• extras area is not editable (green bars are not shown), but content of the are is rendered
