- setup minimal spa project based on magnolia's documentation:
https://docs.magnolia-cms.com/headless/getting-started-with-magnolia-headless/hello-spa.html - use angular-minimal spa
- start magnolia and spa
- import example content
- open home page
- you should see two areas main and extras with example components
- disable extras area in basic template by setting enabled property to false
Expected result:
- main area to be editable and all components to be visible
- extras area not to be editable, components of the area to be hidden, area to be hidden

- enabled:
When set to false, the area is not rendered, regardless of whether it contains content such as components, auto-generated content or content rendered by a script. Content is retained in the repository and will render when the area is re-enabled.
Actual result:
- main area is not editable (green bars are not shown)
- extras area is not editable (green bars are not shown), but content of the are is rendered
