My first content app gets rewritten too, see DOCU-1676, using a more modern approach to create a content app.

The new Accessing content on the client side should use the outcome of the new My first content app as a base.

Since the very first steps are very similar as on DOCU-1707 - let's wait with this until DOCU-1707 is done
