This improvement is (part of) the second use case that we want to cover with the "Bulk actions for multiple assets" epic MGNLDAM-1007

As an author, I want to be able select multiple assets at the same time so to publish with one click, in order to speed up my publication workflow

From the Assets App, Publish recursively works for 1 folder at a time now, we want to be able to publish recursively also for:

• Only selected items within the folder
• Multiple folders and their sub-items 
  • if the author selects one folder, then we publish that folder including all the assets inside (already covered with the publish incl subnodes action)
  • we should ask the author for confirmation whether he wants to publish N assets (MGNLDAM-1385)
• Selected Items in different folders  
• ensure that the parents (folders) of the items are also being published with the multiple assets
• Ensure that 4-eye workflow is not affected (this will be a follow-up)

Dev notes

• have a publishing operation that accepts multiple folders, as iterating through the list of folders and calling the publishing operation multiple time, might incur a performance penalty 

Out of Scope

• Publish action is not in the Assets Chooser
