With production react-editor we get: Uncaught TypeError: Super expression must either be null or a function
error happens when using production file with Mobify bundler.
It is due the minification plugin in Webpack.

Please also publish the libraries to npm so that they can be used now with Mobify.

Note that TemplateAnnotations library which includes the new `onFrameReady` must also be published and the react-editor must depend on that version.
