      A mechanism to lock nodes. This ensures that just the user who locked the node is able the change the content of the node. Additionally a label can be created for the lock. Locking allows to ensure that no other authors can edit content in the wrong time.

      The following is implemented:
      An API to lock nodes
      Actions to lock in the following apps: pages, config, DAM in a long running multi session manner.
      Version handlers to insert actions into custom apps.
