When user locks the node, all of its child nodes will get locked also

In the Assets App:
Actual result: The user is still able to lock/unlock child nodes under locked node => It doesn't make sense
Expected result: The user isn't able to lock/unlock child nodes under locked node by themselves

Actual implementation:

• 2 Messages will be sent to owner's locked child node
  + One Message is normal info who lock the content
  + Another message is override info who lock the parent of this child node
