We create a new artifact magnolia-ui-api. It should be responsible for functionality that our UI constructs, workbench, actionbar etc requires. These features are:
- Modality (Overlay)
- Notifications
- Actions
- View and Viewport interfaces
The factory base classes that are currently in ui-model could be moved to magnolia-core.
