A combo box added as secondary action is partially hidden

      The secondary action selector is partially hidden.
      To reproduce:

      1. EE Pro
      2. Select a component in the page editor.
      3. Add component variant.
      4. Edit the component.
      5. The selector arrow for the variant selector is not visible.

      Moreover, the language selector and secondary actions are not aligned with primary actions (height). But this is a different issue...
