Action groups order is reversed

      It looks like the order in which actions groups are declared is reversed in UI. In my config I have 1) addingActions 2) editingActions 3) publishingActions. In the UI it's the opposite. This wasn't the case before port to Vaadin7. Please see attached screenshot.

      In general, the order of groups of actions and actions themselves should be like this:
      1. Group with add/delete actions
      2. Group with edit actions
      3. Group with publish actions
      4. Other groups
