Notifications of type "ERROR" are shown under INFO tab. But the counter shows "info(0)". The same happens for "INFO" notifications on PROBLEMS tab.
Reproducible in demoauthor.

Steps to reproduce

1. An error occurs
2. Check the notifications tab
3. Click on the info tab and note that the error information is shown but the counter is set to 0.
   
    

Expected results
If it's an error it should be shown only in the problems' tab.
If it's an info message, it should be shown only in the info tab.

Actual results
It does not matter whether it is an error or an info message, it is shown in both tabs.
