When an area definition contains a dialog property, it is open every time a component is saved within the area. This shouldn't occur as the dialog should be open when clicking edit area action in the action bar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In travel demo, open /travel-demo/templates/pages/prototype.yaml and modify the main area to add the dialog property as follows:

   main:
     type: list
     dialog: mte:pages/pageProperties

2. Open pages app and edit /sportstation/about by adding a new component in main area
3. Save the new component.

Actual result:
The configured dialog is open
Expected result:
The configured dialog should not be open after saving but only when clicking edit area in the action bar

This behaviour does not occur in 5.7
