Implement changes as described in http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DEV/Concept+-+Actions+API+and+configuration

Move action execution from ActionbarPresenter to subapp (ActionExecutor)
Drop ActionRegistry
Move action related classes from ui-model to ui-framework

Note that action execution should not be just for the content sub apps.
