Description

• Once user's messages stored in "messages" workspace broken, the AdminCentral failed to open up. This prevent users from using Magnolia Author.

• We need to make ResurfaceUI more resilience to improve usability of the product.

• This improvement may similar to MGNLUI-6631 in which users should be able to login despite such minor UI issues.

Development note:

Caused by ResurfaceUI, line 98, function:
`setContent(componentProvider.getComponent(ResurfaceUILayout.class));`
In which the provisioning of components need to be under controlled with try/catch with proper issue report.
