Setting a defaultValue on i18n field forces user to fill required fields on all locales

Steps to reproduce

1. Add the following definition to /tours/apps/tours.yaml 

     detail:
       form:
         properties:
           name:
             i18n: true
           isFeatured:
             defaultValue: true
             i18n: true

1. Try to add a new tour only filling the fields in German

Expected results 

Being able to save changes without issues.

Actual results

The DefaultValue set, forces you to fill all the required fields on multiple locales
