In Pages App sorting:
ACs
- The default view mode is tree view or search results view (list view) if the user is already using other search features like the search bar or filters.
- If in the Tree view, once the user sorts a column content, the table content will automatically change to the search results view (list view)
- All columns in the table are sortable – one at a time.
- When the user clicks the sorting icon:
- On the first click, the content will be organized from A to Z (Ascending, arrow up)
- On the second click, the content will be organized from Z to A (Descending, arrow down)
- On the third click the table content goes back to default sorting – tree view or user ranking results (list view)
Tech notes:
- The sorting behavior includes now 3 clicks instead of 2:
1# ascending
2# descending
3# clears out the sorting back to the default - A hovering state gets added to the sortable column headers
