Steps to reproduce

This can be seen on the demo project

• go to pages app
• Click on Sportstation
• Choose "Add page"
• Leave the 2 mandatory fields empty and click "Next"
• Apparently the page properties dialog of the "Sportstation" page is opened, not an empty or untitled page properties dialog
• Click cancel - now we are back in the "Add page" dialog
• Note that If you forget to enter a name for your new page, instead of getting an error message, you are now unknowingly editing the properties of the parent page. This is a serious issue!

An empty or untitled page properties dialog opened at 5th step
