Available templates couldn't be filtered (column filtering)

Steps to reproduce

1.  create template availability where on first level only home is available and on the other levels all other templates are available

Expected results

1. on root level I have only "home" as option for filtering
2. on first level I could also filter for other templeates

Actual results

1. on every level I have only "home" as option
