As an author, I want to clearly understand the status of the items I have on the grid

ACs

• Fade Trashed item in 50% to indicate is no longer a 'workable' item
• Change the color to grey on row to indicate is no longer a 'workable' item  
  • If it is a folder or a parents page, all child items should follow the same UI
• Remove the trash can icon
• Add the new label to the workflow Marked for deletion 
  • When the column is short show ellipsis, and 
  • On mouse over, the tooltip will show the full label: Marked for deletion
  • On mouse over on the mark-delete status column (no question icon), the tooltip will show the info: text align should be center.
  • 
  • The background color of the status is yellow
  • The background color of the status is grey
• The modified date should say the date it was Marked for deletion

• Add the trash bin icon within the status label to: Marked for deletion

When the item is in Marked for deletion status, the only actions available to the user are:

• restore
• permanently delete
