Add success notification popup once the user deletes content

      As a user I want to clearly understand if the action I performed was successfully achieved.

       

      ACs:

      • Add the blue success notification popup
        • after the user 'soft deletes' some content – Item/Items marked for deletion 
        • after the user 'permanently deletes some content – Item/Items permanently deleted
        • after the user restores previously deleted content – Item successfully restored
      • Behavior wise
        • (as is) when the user moves the mouse the notification disappears
        • When the user does not move the mouse, the notification automatically disappears after 2 secs
